FaZe Clan took on AMP Exclusive in an NFL Celebrity Football Game and did not pick up a win.
Team comps
Dubbed the NFL Flag Football Game of the Century, FaZe Clan lost to AMP in a match streamed on Twitch. Each team was made up of members of the FaZe esports team and YouTube-based sports/gaming AMP. The headliners for both teams were Brett Farve and Micheal Vick, quarterbacks for FaZe and AMP respectively.

Brett Farve is best known for his time as a quarterback for the Green Bay Packers, where he led the team to a victory in Super Bowl XXXI. Michael (“Mike”) Vick is known for his time as a quarterback for the Atlanta Falcons and Philadelphia Eagles, and perhaps the greatest Madden character of all time. Although both have been retired from the NFL for most of the past decade, the excitement of seeing them compete has swirled around the playing and football community. The game took place at the Super Bowl XLV site, where the Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals will play tomorrow.
Game Highlights
The game started off with a bang with Farve connecting with Nate Hill for a through pass leading to a touchdown. Vick would soon respond with a through ball to put AMP on the board for the first time. After a Farve connection to Kaysan (FaZe) in the red zone for a touchdown, he would later reconnect with Temperrr (FaZe) in the red zone again. Vick continued to show excellent touch on the deep ball, hitting ImDukeDennis (AMP) in stride while dropping an almost spectacular one-handed hold (see Odell Beckham Jr’s 2014 catch).
Great performances
With two pick-6s and nearly the flag football catch of the century, ImDukeDennis clearly stood out as the game’s best player. His game-changing plays and high energy (backflipping and hitting the Griddy Dance in a similar celebration to Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Justin Jefferson) helped AMP to a 51-24 victory over FaZe. Vick staged a deep ball clinic while deep passing to multiple receivers on AMP and scoring 51 points on the scoreboard. Although FaZe lost, Farve still showed he stuck to his gunslinger style of play while completing a number of deep balls and throwing two pick-6s in the game.
Serving as the title of the NFL Superbowl experience, the celebrity flag football match between FaZe and AMP drew over 80,000 viewers and created a fun event for football and gaming fans.
